And this year we had two little loves to celebrate with.
Paul brought these beautiful flowers home to me yesterday.
My mom and Gram kept the boys today while Paul and I enjoyed a day long date. We hadn't been on a date in waaaaay too long and it was so much fun! We talked without being interrupted and ate without a youngin whining or crying or begging us to share our food. But of course we spent a good bit of our time talking about how we missed our boys and wondering what they were doing. We feasted out on our favorite for lunch-sushi! We tried a new place that my friend Mary recommended and it did not disappoint!
Then we piddled around town for a few hours before going to a late afternoon movie-Old Fashioned, which was a little cheesy but for us it beat the 50 Shades of Grey alternative.
Feeling very thankful for the love from and for my husband and sons and remembering that we love only because God first loved us.
